Pastor Bill Forest and his wife Michelle were voted in on Feb. 11, 2001. Before that they had pastored in Lovington, New Mexico and had served here as assistant pastor. Since that time, they have seen the church go through many changes as well as ups and downs. They have had the privilege of ministering in Midland where both grew up. They have three grown children and at the moment one grandchild.

While Pastor Forest is full time at the church, Michelle Forest is over marketing for MTCU. She is active in the Midland Independent School District with financial literacy as well as in the community. She is also over the music here at This Generation UPC. Pastor Forest has been active in ministry since 1989, being licensed by the UPCI in 1991 and receiving ordination in 2000.

Their passion is to see the Kingdom of God grow and see lives transformed. Pastor Forest loves the word and desires to plant that word in hearts and minds, while Michelle demonstrates a love for people and a passion for worship.
